I meet so many people, from all walks of life, all the damn time, as do you.

I ask people about their dreams, why they don’t do the thing and I am constantly handing out unsolicited permission slips that say:

“You can do that, should you choose”.

As Gay Hendricks said above - wtf is the point in arguing in favour of your limitations, of why you can’t do something?

🥵 Of why you’re broke, or whose fault it is, or why you’re hard done by, burdened, tired, overworked etc.

I am not in favour of justifying a life I wouldn’t want or that I seek to shift.

Please allow yourself the same grace.
