When he asked me what my BHAG was, my whole being went, ewww 😂

“Grandma’s Lasagne” in Martina Franco, Puglia 🥵🤤

I was on a call with a past client the other night, walking to dinner in Puglia, Italy.

We talked about intentional community, creating offers that align with the life you want (more time freedom) and also what it means to be a coach in 2023.

We chatted about the industry shifts, certifications and inauthentic marketing.

When he asked me what my BHAG (big hairy audacious goal) was for my business my whole body went, ew 😂

Much like when I worked for Revolut and the company slogan was “Get Sh** Done” 🤢

My response: “I don’t do BHAGS anymore. I find them uninspiring & unattainable. I feel less motivated by BHAG’s.

I do however, believe in intentions and aligned messy action in the direction of said intentions.

The intentions for my business are as follows:

🤳🏼 100,000 monthly podcast listeners (what a dream that would be 😮‍💨)

🦢 100 people in Messy Action Members Club, built sustainably over time.

🧘🏻‍♀️ 2 in person retreats for Messy Action Members Club clients per year, one in or near North America, one in New Zealand on Waiheke Island (where I live).

👩🏻‍💻 2-4 1:1 clients at any given time and no more (so I can give them 110% of my best).

💵 To make as much valuable business, life & relationship content as humanly possible so people that can’t afford my offerings can make money using methods I share to eventually afford them & learn more.

In essence: to be of service to those I am meant to serve.

I suppose it’s a little BHAG after all. Playing the long game over here.

How does the term BHAG make you feel? 😎

P.S…

Sick of BHAG’s and unmet expectation? Craving alignment and flow? If you could do with some self inquiry around what you actually want and how you want to live, for yourself, the Soul Lift Bundle is on sale for $30 off for the next 48 hours with code WSHOP. You can do it in your own time and at your own pace, exactly how I like it.
