As a woman, I have a cycle.

I run my business, my energy and my life around how I feel. I no longer push on through, say yes when I want to say no (this is still so damn difficult) and I run my business the opposite of hustle culture.

Hustle doesn’t exist in my world anymore. It’s all about alignment, self care & with that, messy action.
