Clients were fired, offers were reneged, realisations were had... 👩‍💻

A week ago today, we finished up the live component of the 5-Day Challenge: Reignite Your Biz Spark 🧨 (you can still register and watch the replays)

and it’s safe to say the following occurred…

• Sparks were reignited

• Connections were made

• Folks went LIVE

• Folks felt seen, validated, connected and respected

• Clients were fired

• Offers were reneged

• Realisations were had

• There was a sense of “I can do this, even if I am scared, even if I don’t have the answers”

and most importantly, there was a devotion, a commitment to shedding fear, leaning in and taking the messy action anyway.

We purged, we cried, we got angry, we laughed, we shared and overall, showed one another our humanness. That’s all it’s ever about in business. People want to see how human you are, how you can solve their problem with your unique offering or service in your unique business.

Pema Chödrön, one of my favourite authors wrote a book called “The Places That Scare You” - it’s not about never walking through those scary doors - those doors being: your accounting, reading profit first, organising your bank accounts so you know what is coming in and going out, feeling your emotions, selling to that person, having that conversation, doing a live, paying for something that scares you etc etc.

It’s realising you can begin, make money, show up and be seen without a website, a Canva curated sequence on your feed or some SM strategy that no one really cares about.

You can make money and have impact without any of the above. Shocking, I know 😂

Messy Action, as a company, exists to support messy people, the folks that are creative, that don’t adhere to the standards of the status quo and typically rebel against anything that feels like obligation, restriction or expectation. They’re also the same folks that suffer from perfectionism, avoidance, inaction and overwhelm. The folks that MUST get started, even if they don’t know the direction they’re headed in yet…

These messy folks have a mission on their heart and that mission is to help our world heal, feel and move into greater love. It’s all about the why - the how will figure itself out as you take that first messy action.
