My Inner Guidance Wants Me To Be Gentle 😌

I went to yin yoga tonight and it was magical. Building out the Skool community and getting the challenge up and running always requires a lot of energy!

The teacher in yin tonight kept mentioning the word ‘gentle’. I had a breath work session with Grant Neubek recently (who is also in the Messy Action Members Club, I recommend you check him out) and the theme of that session was also gentle. 

My inner guidance wants me to be gentle. 

Society wants me to be harsh and unforgiving. 

My inner guidance wants me to let it be messy, to keep moving, growing and evolving. 

Society wants me to stay stuck until it’s ‘perfect’ often leading to isolation and inaction.

Building a business that’s slow, steady, gentle, connected and vulnerable feels really good to me. I always attempt to bring myself back to this when urgency tries to take its hold. 

Tomorrow, we begin the first day of the 5-Day Challenge: The Art Of Attracting & Securing High Ticket Clients @ $5,000 plus. 

I’ll be really leaning into the notion of going gentle, especially on the expectations you put on yourself to move at pace which typically moves us into overwhelm, burn out and stuckness 😬
