Let’s address the elephant in the room.

Money.

How many of you would like to do things so differently yet every roadblock you hit is a financial one?

I can’t buy that thing that will make my life easier like…

💵 A cleaner

💰 Putting my kid in daycare

💵 Hiring a nanny

💰 Buying that course

💵 Hiring that coach

💰 Buying that expensive version of the salmon vs the cheap version

💵 Taking myself for a massage

The list goes on.

Instead of I can’t, what you’re really saying is “I won’t” which translates to:

“money is a finite resource and if I buy that thing or put my money there, then it will be gone forever and I will struggle and it’ll be painful and I will fall apart and wind up homeless” 😂

Which isn’t true, it’s our ego at play, in full force.

Money is energy. What you focus on expands.

Focused on fear, poverty and lack? That’ll expand.

Focused on messy action, possibility and courage? That’ll expand.

There’s an old analogy around “the one you feed” - which I like to apply to Harry & Voldemort (if you’ve done any of my workshops or worked with me you’ll know I use that analogy a lot). It’s higher self vs ego, it’s God vs Devil, it’s love vs fear. Most guru’s/self help folks are teaching about the same thing…

What/who are you feeding?

I try and feed Harry as much as possible, aka God, aka my higher self, aka love.

Voldemort aka v-man aka ego often creeps in - you know it’s Voldemort because there’s: urgency, fear, resistance, overwhelm, despair and lack.

You know it’s Harry when there’s: trust, faith, devotion, courage, lightness and a notion of “I did my best, what will be, will be”.

One of the agreements is “Do Your Best”

Only you know when you’re not doing your best, when you’re crippled with avoidance, numbing out, freaking out and feeling STUCK around money.
