I was journaling at a cute cafe with my coconut matcha latte in Mullumbimby, NSW this morning and I uncovered the following.

Beginning is the most courageous thing you can do, because when you begin, you are unstoppable.

It’s the not beginning, the avoidance, the inaction, that really stops us from where we want to go and who we want to be.

Undistracted, focused work is where magic and miracles occur, the artist stops themselves from starting because they’re afraid of failing AND afraid of their greatness.

The artist doesn’t realise not starting, further perpetuates fear.

Fear equates to an unfulfilled life and existence.

It leads to resentment, bad habits, addiction, depression, overwhelm and feelings of helplessness.
