Nov 3rd-6th '25 Retreat Incoming... 🌳🦋🌊

Last years R&R retreat in November of 2024 was a huge hit. We had 7 women, who went all in, connected to themselves, to each other and left feeling replenished, expansive and full of possibility.

When they arrived, many of them expressed feeling depleted, flat, uninspired and burnt out, not just in business but in life. There was a consistent theme of over-giving, overwhelm and depleted self worth. Upon leaving, a full 180 had occurred, from just a 2 night, 3 day weekend.

Our next R&R retreat is confirmed for this November, 3rd-6th at Kaitiaki Lodge on Waiheke Island (my dream retreat location). It has been on my radar since Jan of 2023.

For the first 5+ years of my business I was so lonely. It’s been a core theme of my life.

“No one thinks like me, acts like me, connects like me or gets me.”

It sucked.

I’d be surrounded by people that valued drinking alcohol, escaping, status, performance and achievement over connection and authenticity. It left me feeling deflated and tired. I had more fun hanging out by myself, reading books and listening to podcasts in nature 😂

Until…

I started spending money I didn’t have on experiences I’d never done - all to meet people that were like me. 

I would have spent anything and done anything to be in proximity with kind, generous and open hearted women doing similar shit to what I was doing. That shared the same values as me: deep connection, ambition, freedom and luxe-boujee livin’. 

If you’re absolutely craving to be around fellow established (3+ years in) creative business owners (ENFP/INFP/ENFJ/INFJ’s) I’ve got you covered.

It’s so important to be with people that get it.

Get the struggle, the loneliness, the commitment, the doubt - all of it. So you don’t feel like you’re weird af.

Feeling weird af is further exacerbated if you’re surrounded by what I call normies/ matrix folks, my least fav kind of archetype 🤭

This retreat is all about connecting on a deeper level. We’re here to truly surrender into authentic connection, belly laughs, joy and play. This is the place that manifestation and possibility thrives.

What makes it even better, is we’ll be basking in a luxurious natural setting with the highest quality 5 star amenities. 

There’s a huge heated lap pool, cedar tub, private walking trails, Ashley & Co products, huge chefs kitchen, two lounge spaces, luxurious beds, breath taking cliff-top views and much more.

This is less of a structured retreat and more of an organic immersion of the senses (if you’re looking for a yoga retreat with a rigid schedule, this ain’t it). That being said, there will be yoga, breath-work, journaling, nature immersions and excellent food whilst also the option to do whatever you want, whenever you want. This is your opportunity to curate your experience within the experiences on offer. 

Here’s how this retreat is different.

It is for women that have been in business for a while (I’m not talking 1-2 years) at the very least 3+ years.

This retreat isn’t for folks that treat their business as a side gig or a hobby - this is for creative women with all in energy, that are well acquainted with burn out, wanting to throw the towel in completely; that have shown up to life with immense fear and equally as much courage. 

You’ve done the damn thing. 

You’ve burnt yourself to the ground in the process.

You’ve risen like the phoenix 

and you’re committed to support, nourishment, joy and play above metrics or how it’s perceived by people that don’t have to walk in your shoes. 

This is not, I repeat, not about how much money you make. It’s about connection with fellow values led women on a mission to create more love and peace in every encounter and offer.

This retreat is a little longer than last year, it’s 3 nights, 4 days. The women last year expressed that they needed, wanted and yearned for it to be longer, so here we are, 4 days at your service.

Early bird all inclusive is $2,250 USD (+ GST if you’re based in New Zealand)

All that is required to secure your spot is a $500 deposit.

You’ll save $500 if you commit before Friday, September 5th 2025.
