Ok, let this sink in…

I’ve never made a decision void of fear. The most important decisions, that have greatly impacted my life, have been made with a lot of fear. From the outside looking in, it can seem like I make decisions really fast and confidently run with them. 

I hate to break it to you, but… 

I spend months, sometimes YEARS ideating, ruminating and visualising what I actually want, before I decide and then take the messy action. 

I keep this process to myself. 

I write daily, I think hourly and I adjust accordingly. 

I care about living a really good life, filled with love, service, abundance and last but not least…

150% on my fu***** terms. I know you do, too. 

When you’ve grown up with so much of your life not being on your terms, it’s a whole new re-parenting AND re-patterning to allow your nervous system to:

Adjust, feel safe and heal.

the world is not going to fall apart because you’re finally choosing what you want over what you ‘should’ do. 

As online business owners, we think we should…

• Work all the time.

• Show people we are working all the time and taking this seriously.

• Worry about the fact that we’re not working all the time.

• Stay glued to our laptops and phones (fearing we might miss a sale). 

• Incessantly check social media. 

• Be available. 

All of this feels heavy and is rooted in scarcity. 

I imagine this is relatable. I wanna show you a new way.

• Spend 70% of our time on self care, play, connection, mindfulness and being OUTSIDE. Living our lives. Trusting that what is meant for us could never miss us. Meditating, writing, healing, getting massages, sitting at cafes, feeling, exercising, walking, learning, reading, connecting, laughing, playing, picnicking, beaching and traveling to name a few.

• Spend 30% of our time doing focused work that aligns with our dharma and desire to serve our very best customers.
