Reaching Out vs Sitting Back... Waiting
for them to come to you - Day 5 Challenge recap đ€
Thatâs a wrap for the 5-Day Alignment Challenge! A few of you continued to come in throughout the week! Youâre still welcome to join and catch up on the content.
Hereâs our key themes, takeaways and results from 5 days together.
Purging and letting go of attachment to past versions of ourselves. Participants shared their experiences with this.
Reaching out to potential clients/participants proactively, rather than waiting for them to come to you. Brooke encouraged participants to just do it, rather than overthinking.
Surrounding yourself with people who are on a similar path and aligned with your goals. The value of the community was emphasised.
Embracing vulnerability and authenticity, even with wealthy friends. A participant shared a powerful example of this.
Shifting from an ego-driven, "by me" mindset to an "as me" state of consciousness and oneness. Brooke led a meditation on this.
Taking action, rather than just planning. Brooke pushed (lol) the participants to move forward instead of overthinking.
Promoting events/offerings through personal outreach and leveraging connections, rather than just relying on passive marketing. A participant was encouraged to reach out to their network.
The overall focus was on aligning internally, releasing resistance, and taking courageous action - both in business and in life. The community support and accountability were key themes throughout.
Brookeâs suggestions
Just reach out to potential clients/participants instead of overthinking it. Send neutral DMs to get the word out.
Make a list of past clients/contacts and reach out to them about your offerings. Donât just wait for them to come to you.
Reach out to your network and ask them to share about your upcoming retreat. Send a newsletter. Donât wait for it to fill up on its own. â this is how people lose confidence in themselves when it has zero to do with them.
