Real Call Notes From My Clients 👀
You may be wondering what actually happens in my 1:1 coaching containers.
You may be wondering what actually happens in my 1:1 coaching containers.
What do I talk about with my clients?
What are the common themes and threads?
What actions are they hesitant to make?
How do we get 100/10 results together?
Maybe you’re wondering if it’s the right fit for you and whether you’d benefit from 12 weeks of 1:1 with me.
Here’s a few specific client examples for you that I pulled from the Fathom Notetaker I use on all my zoom calls.

The key theme from this call is Katie’s need to set stronger boundaries and advocate for herself, especially in her relationships with those close to her.
Katie has been chronically tolerating a close family members disrespectful and dismissive behaviour towards her, out of fear for his wellbeing. Brooke encourages Katie to process her true feelings about this in a private letter, to release the resentment, rather than continue trying to appease him.
Another person close to Katie has been projecting her own regrets and expectations onto Katie, which Katie has been trying to accommodate. Brooke advises Katie to stop taking this personally and instead focus on choosing the relationships and dynamics that serve her.
Overall, the call emphasises the importance of Katie honouring her own needs and boundaries, rather than sacrificing her self-respect to maintain family harmony. Brooke encourages Katie to become the "advocator" for herself, even if it means creating some distance or conflict in certain relationships.
Client 2
The key theme from this call is Dana’s struggle to fully commit to and trust the next evolution of her life, even though she has done significant inner work and created a strong foundation. There is a persistent fear and hesitation around letting go of her current relationship and fully stepping into her highest potential. Brooke encourages Dana to be willing to explore this, as it seems to be the final piece holding her back from the life she truly desires.
Client 3
Tendency to self-sabotage and create drama/conflict as a defence mechanism when faced with growth opportunities. Important to be patient and compassionate with herself as she navigates this identity shift. The overall theme is Penny moving from a place of fear, self-doubt and resistance to one of self-trust, vulnerability and embracing her true nature.
Client 4
The key theme from this call is Sally overcoming fear and self-doubt so she can take bold action on her dreams. Sally has been hesitant about committing to her "dream home" due to past trauma and a tendency to play it safe, but Brooke encourages her to trust her intuition and the abundance that is available to her. The discussion explores how Sally’s childhood experiences have shaped her relationship patterns, and the importance of clear communication with her partner Tony to break unhealthy cycles. Overall, the call is about Sally stepping into her power and fully embracing the next level of her life.
Client 5
The key theme from this call is Anna’s struggle with Peter’s lack of self-love and self-care, and how that is negatively impacting their relationship.
Peter (Anna’s partner) is stuck in a cycle of punishing and depriving himself, which Anna finds exhausting and frustrating to be around. He is addicted to this self-punishment.
Peter has low self-worth and seeks validation/rescue from Anna, which prevents him from doing the inner work he needs. He controls the narrative in conversations to avoid vulnerability.
Anna is realising she can no longer tolerate or "mother" Peter’s unhealthy behaviours, and that he needs to take responsibility for learning to love himself before they can have a healthy, sustainable relationship.
The dynamic between Sarah and Peter mirrors the dynamic Anna observed between her own parents, where they coexisted but didn't have true intimacy.
The overarching theme is Anna needing to set boundaries and disengage from Peter’s unhealthy patterns, while encouraging him to seek help and do his own inner work on self-love.
Client 6
The key theme from this call is Louise’s need to own her worth and success as a mother and business owner, rather than constantly doubting herself and trying to please others. Brooke encourages Louise to be more direct and authentic with her clients, even if it means having difficult conversations or losing some clients. The overall message is that Louise needs to trust herself, set clear boundaries, and focus on serving her ideal clients, rather than trying to be everything to everyone.
Client 7
The key theme from this call is about Jessica taking action and moving forward, rather than just focusing on self-discovery and rumination. Brooke is gently pushing Jessica to start putting her insights and expertise into practice, rather than staying stuck in the contemplation phase.
The overall message is that Jessica has done a lot of important inner work, and now it's time to start translating that into outward action and momentum, even if it's just small steps at first. Brooke is there to support and guide her through this transition.
