Let’s talk about SELLING as a service based coach or creative business owner.

The definition of ‘sell’

1. give or hand over (something) in exchange for money.

2. persuade someone of the merits of.

That’s it.

Here’s what my sensitive, creative & expert clients grapple with most:

Actually charging prices based on the value they bring, the transformation they deliver and the expertise they embody.

Too many coaches and creative business owners that come into our Messy Action Skool Community…

• Give “friends and family” discounts

• Charge based on what other people charge, slightly less or slightly more - never what they actually want to charge.

• Don’t communicate clearly and upfront what their offer entails leaving room for ambiguity and questioning around cost and value.

• End up giving more than the initial scope of the project or coaching container (👋🏼 hello to my fellow over-giving people-pleasers)

• Take too much responsibility for others’ actions and behaviors leading to burnout, resentment and hopelessness.

• Care too much about what people think if they actually charged more and gave LESS.

I’m sure you can relate to one or more of these, it’s part and parcel of being an empathetic, generous & creative human being, until it isn’t.

That’s where pattern interrupters come in.

That’s where reframing your belief systems come in.

That’s where support comes in to pave a new way, free of guilt and outcome attachment and rife with willingness, courage and bravery.

Selling with integrity and ease is an act of bravery more than it’s an act of talent or ‘she must be born with it skill’.
