The More Avoidance Of... Leads To...

There’s a big theme we pulled from the recent Sell with Integrity & Ease Challenge and I want to share it with you. 

The more inaction and avoidance of:

• Showing up online

• Being vulnerable

• Device free walks in nature

• Writing

• Sharing

• Selling

• Reaching out to prospects

• Creating

• Telling people about your DREAM services 

Leads to: 

🥲 Self doubt

🤷🏻‍♀️ Wanting to quit

🌱 Constantly pivoting (ripping the plant out before it’s had a chance to grow) 

🤨 Feeling resentful of your current circumstances 

😒 Continually delivering the same iteration that you despise

I’m an expert, I tell ya, I go through this cycle so often I need it painted on a wall to remind me.

Every time I relearn it, I can’t believe I forgot it, AGAIN! 

So, creative friends…

All that is being asked of you is to make time to sit down with your journal (laptop nearby) journal the shit out of life, highlight some key themes that are coming up, start on the smallest part to bring some momentum to life.

Dedicated time.

That’s it.  

Remember, motivation is a byproduct of momentum, not the other way ‘round.
